Ruben Vandevoorde, a Belgian custom officer who hates the French, is forced to inaugurate the first mixed French-Belgian mobile team with his French colleague Mathias Ducatel, his long-time enemy. Mathias Ducatel surprises everyone by agreeing to become Ruben’s teammate and to roam the border countryside with him in an old French car belonging to international customs.
