At 17, Zahia Ziouani dreams of becoming a conductor. Her twin sister, Fettouma, is a professional cellist. Having been immersed in classical symphonic music from an early age, it’s now their turn to make it accessible to everyone, everywhere. So how do you achieve such ambitious dreams in 1995 when you’re a woman of Algerian origin from Seine-Saint-Denis? With determination, passion, courage and, above all, the incredible project of creating their own orchestra: Divertimento.
