The film tells the story of the relationship between two men from different backgrounds: Driss, a man of Senegalese origin living in the Paris suburbs, who has just served a six-month prison sentence for a jewelry store robbery, and Philippe, a wealthy quadriplegic, who has hired the first person to be his caregiver even though he has no particular training.
