Asetik’Art: The Art of Simplicity

From September 23 to October 23, discover Asetik’Art, a collection of around sixty artworks by Nord’IN Morrakoshy, whose real name is Eddine M’Rakchi Kadouimi, at 11 rue Pierre Bourdan, Lyon.
Through a minimalist artistic approach, the visual artist invites us to reflect on creation, spirituality and our relationship with the environment. An exhibition where simplicity becomes a true language, leaving more room for emotion in each work.
Asétik Art: When Simplicity Gives Rise to Emotion
“Simplicity to give more space to emotion.”
This idea lies at the heart of what Nord’IN Morrakoshy calls Asétik Art.
Rather than seeking visual overload or an accumulation of elements, the artist embraces a refined aesthetic and minimalist approach. This simplicity gives a central place to what the artwork can evoke in those who experience it.
With Asetik’Art, shapes, materials and compositions become starting points for reflection. The exhibition invites visitors to take the time to observe, feel and interpret, without necessarily imposing a single reading of the works.

A Reflection on Creation, Spirituality and the Environment

Through this collection, the artist questions our relationship with creation, as well as with spirituality and our environment.
His work explores the way we create, perceive and give meaning to the world around us. The Asétik approach therefore seeks to return to the essentials: less artifice, more meaning and more space for personal interpretation.
This dimension makes Asetik’Art not only an artistic discovery, but also an invitation to reflect on our own relationship with art and creation.
Art also plays an important role in Nord’IN Morrakoshy’s work with young people. The artist seeks to encourage them to express themselves artistically through their own cultural heritage.
