The TCF IRN (Integration, Residence, Nationality), replaces the TCF ANF and the TCF CRF since January 1, 2022.
The TCF for Residency permit (TCF IRN) has been designed to answer the new dispositions of the French Ministry of the Interior.

The TCF for Residency permit assesses 4 General French skills :
- Listening comprehension
- Written comprehension
- Written production
- Oral production
The exam takes place on our premises. A computer is made available to candidates.

Registration formalities
To register, you must upload your ID or passport through your online account in “My official documents”.
You will receive an invitation to the TCF exam by email at least 1 week before the start of the tests.
Important
- Your results will be sent by email within 4 weeks.
- The certificate is valid for 2 years.
- A partial refund or postponement to the next session, for a fee and subject to availability, may be requested on presentation of medical, professional or transport incident proof (strike or delay on the day of the tests). The justification must be written in French and sent no later than the day after the tests to tests_examens@aflyon.org.
