Strengthen your language skills and gain independence in everyday life, while enjoying an enriching cultural experience.

What is level C1?

Level C1, known as proficient, corresponds to the fifth stage of the CEFR. At this stage, the learner masters the language with ease and can communicate fluently and structurally on complex topics. They express their ideas in a nuanced and precise way.

It allows you to:

  • Understand long and complex speeches, even when they are not clearly structured
  • Express yourself with ease and spontaneity, without apparent effort, on a wide variety of topics
  • Argue, negotiate, and present a complex topic clearly, structurally, and with nuance
  • Master the nuances of the French language, such as irony, humor, or language registers
