Hutongs & Traboules

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of Lyon – Guangzhou’s (China) collaboration, the Alliance Française of Lyon and the Nouvel Institut Franco-Chinois set up a photography exhibition that compares and highlights Traboules from Lyon and Hutongs from China.

All along her journeys, the photograph  Maÿlis Pourquié watches nature and men’s activities. Her work invites to discover two distant cities that have been discussing through space and time for 30 years. Lyon-Bejing/Bejing-Lyon, two inside and secret worlds that need to be revealed with Traboules from Lyon and Hutongs from Bejing.

The opening will take place on the 13th of June with The Sun Trip participants and organisers. Photos will be showcased until the 13th of September when the Sun Trip team will reach Guangzhou.
