At the Alliance Française de Lyon during the week before the beginning of the course preferably make an appointment.

The secretary's office is open :	monday, wednesday & friday	8:45 to 12:30 am 1:45 to 4:00 pm
	tuesday & thursday	8:45 to 12:30 am 1:45 to 4:00 pm 5:30 to 7:15 pm

We accept the following Payments:

- cash;
- credit card;
- cheque at "Alliance Française de Lyon";
- money order (please join the payment receipt);

Upon full payment, Alliance Française de Lyon will send you a payment receipt and a certificate of enrolment.

Tuition Fees are neither transferable nor refundable. Exceptions can be made for:
- non delivery of visa
- serious illness
- return to home country

All request for refund must be made in writing.
Fees are due in full for any month started.
